♦♦ Colombina's es un proyecto basado en el entrelazado. Entrelazado del trabajo de Sandra Cuesta y Larraitz Torres, de contextos, de tiempos, espacios e imágenes. En cuanto al sonido, elaboramos canciones que se unen unas con otras mediante variaciones que transforman el estado producido y la convención de la situación. Trabajamos un modo de producción propia donde la densidad conduce asincronías o saltos de caballo inesperados.

♦♦ Hacia La Luz Y Los Vegetales (2011)
Este vídeo es parte de la investigación del recorrido por las
acciones, presentaciones, conciertos y dispositivos a lo largo de
2008-2011 como Colombina’s. Basado en las diferentes fases de trabajo y
prácticas, el vídeo encauza un
relato continuo, abierto en diferentes direcciones recogiendo el recorrido del
proceso.
Las
relaciones internas entre los contenidos que se manejan, se hacen visibles como relato audiovisual.

las presentaciones anteriores además de mezclar fragmentos de las mismas,
construyendo así el contenido general en cuanto a textos hablados y canciones.

Se plantea un musical invertido donde las canciones añaden el contenido subjetivo que se articula como discurso artístico. Las referencias que se utilizan como base, vienen de su propia cultura musical. Una de las canciones utilizadas en la performance dice así:
A partir de reacciones de no equilibrio, caóticas podemos encontrar una estructura ordenada en una simetría rota. Desde el arte, no podemos mas que inscribir nuestra simetría rota y vivir en el tiempo intensamente. En la arqueología mexicana cada objeto, cada figura, significa algo que a su vez significa otra cosa…
We propose an inverted musical where the songs add subjective content that is articulated as artistic discourse. The references used as basis, come from their own musical culture. One of the songs used in the performance says:
From nonequilibrium reactions, chaotic, we can find an ordered structure in a broken symmetry. From art, we can only enroll our broken symmetry and live in time intensely. In Mexican archeology each object, each figure, means something which itself means another thing ...

Colombina’s (Sandra Cuesta &
Larraitz Torres) fueron invitadas a La Casa Encendida, dentro de la
programación de In_presentable, donde
se les proponía poner en relación los trabajos de cada una de ellas y hablar de
cómo abarcaban sus proyectos artísticos:
desde el modo de trabajo, hasta métodos o referencias que utilizaban.
Decidieron no hacer
una conferencia al uso y trabajar conjuntamente en una conferencia donde se
hablaría precisamente de las distinciones en su trabajo.
La conferencia donde
resultó ser una obra acabada donde lo performancial se generaba desde la
convención de una conferencia. Del contenido de esta conferencia surge el vídeo
La presentación, accésit en la XLIII
edición del Certamen de Artistas Noveles de Gipuzkoa.
Colombina's (Sandra Cuesta & Larraitz Torres) were invited to La Casa Encendida, within the program called In_presentable, where they intended to link the work of each and discuss about how they approach their artistic projects, from work mode, or references to methods they used.
They decided not to use a conventional conference and work together in a conference speaking precisely of the distinctions in their work.
The conference which turned out to be a finished artwork where the coreographed was generated from the convention of a lecture. The content of this conference comes the video presentation, second prize in the Contest XLIII edition of New Artists of Gipuzkoa.

Es un documental que amplifica la escena musical amateur de un pueblo
de costa y frontera. Siendo este un lugar que ha mostrado siempre un gran
interés por variadas vertientes musicales, la película, aborda el tema de la
pasión musical acercando las cámaras a algunos jóvenes cuya vida social y
personal gira en torno a esta corriente de la que forman parte.

Since this is a place that has always shown great interest in various aspects of music, the film, tackles the issue of a musical passion bringing cameras to some young people whose personal and social life revolves around this stream of which they are part.
